2025-26 School Leader Appointments 

Dunlap Elementary will have a leadership change for the 2025-26 school year. Nooria Miskell will serve as interim principal for the 2025-26 school year. 

Principal Miskell most recently served as interim principal at Arbor Heights Elementary and assistant principal at Chief Sealth International High School. She has also served as assistant principal at Whittier and Green Lake elementary schools.   

This appointment reflects the district’s ongoing commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting diverse student needs.   

We look forward to the positive impact Miskell will have on students, staff, and families.
